Customer service here is terrible. I bought a replacement part for a mower that failed on the first use. When I tried to exchange the part Greg the manager refused to speak to me personally would not allow the cashier to replace the part. Greg was extremely rude standing behind the counter and would not speak to me. He just told the cashier not to replace it.
