This company couldn't identify HVAC if the alphabet was in front of them... They cut 2 ft holes from my basement through the middle of my dining room to my master bedroom through 70 year old floors. Cut a hole through my basement door to feed the disconnect to the heat pump, didn't pull a permit on any of my work. When caught by the inspector, (after i called) they were ONLY going to fix what they got caught with and what was considered "code violations" and that was it! You're better off getting a 50 gal drum and building a bum fire in your house to keep warm rather than hire this company...
