The Carpenter Training Center (CTC) provides the training for 40,000 pre-apprentice, apprentice, and journeyman Union Carpenters in the central region of the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters (CRCC). The Chicago Regional counties are:
Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Iroquois, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will.

Every year 7,000 of our members take advantage of 300 evening and weekend classes offered in our Carpenter Skill Advancement Program. These programs are taught in several languages and are offered at our five training centers.
