The Chicago Plastering Institute is a craft-sponsored nonprofit organization founded in 1945 to support architects, designers, contractors and home owners with the inclusion of plaster products into their designs.

For the past 63 years, we have been encouraging architects to challenge the versatility of plaster by finding new and interesting uses for plaster. We gladly review details, perform job-site inspections, and create small mock-ups. Also, we will answer any of your plastering questions, from stucco to fireproofing.

We have an extensive referral list of highly qualified plastering contractors for Chicago and its metropolitan area.
