DON'T BOTHER EVEN CALLING HERE.

Absolutely horrific. Don't bother. The girl Sarah hung up on me when I began to say never mind because I didn't realize there'd be a $200 consultation fee! These people don't want jobs. I even called back to complain about the service, got bounced around, finally talked "chief operator blah-blah-blah Stuart/Stewar" and he sighed and said, "okay." I feel like this was a prank. DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE.

I called trying to make an appointment because I had trouble healing after lasik eye surgery. They said since I wasn't a patient they were not legally responsible and could not help me. I told the receptionist I was not calling for legal help, I was calling because I thought my eye wasn't healing properly and I did not want to go back to the Dr. who performed the surgery. She said she could not help me.
Superlative care and skill

My son had a corneal transplant. The skill of Dr. Randy Epstein and the professionalism of his staff made us feel as if we were in the best possible hands. They were very accessible by phone and the pre-op and post-op care was great. We fell fortunate to have a world class surgeon of Dr. Epstein's caliber so close to us.

Last month, I scratched my cornea and developed an infection in my left eye that left me in severe pain. My cousin recommended that I go to the Chicago Cornea Consultants in Highland Park. The location was clean and the staff was okay at best. I mean, hardly anyone smiled during or after my visit. It was like going to a morgue. In fact, the only person who seemed happy was one of the clinicians who was pregnant. She was the only spot of sunshine in the whole place. Dr. Rosselson wasn't much better. In fact, she was a major disappointment for me. I expected more patient care and compassion, but instead I received rude and unprofessional care. It seemed like she didn't even want to be there. What a major disappointment. She was rude and so abrasive. I don't know what irritated me most, my painful eye or her poor social skills. I have to go to see them again for a follow-up, but it will definitely not be with her. I'm going to choose another doctor.
