I love this clinic! We have seen the same dr for my daughter every time for the past 7 months, front desk ppl are great. Had a mix up once with appt (came in a day early) and the fit me in so so it wasn't a wasted trip. As for my daughter's dr, Dr. West is amazing! By far the best pediatrician I have ever met! I wouldn't go anywhere else! =)

I actually really like this clinic. From my experiences I've never had anyone lose my appointment or lie to me about it. I get calls a day or so before to remind me of my appointment. As for seeing the same Doctor twice my daughter has seen the same Doctor every time she goes in, because they ask me if i have a preference and even told me that it's best to stick with the same Doctor. As for remembering her i don't really know, but I'm not concerned about them remembering her as long as they keep accurate notes so as to be able to know what's going on from one appointment to the next. I am also from a smaller town in Wyoming where they really don't have pediatricians, but i really like my daughter having a Doctor that specialized in care of children. So in my opinion i would rather have a specialist than a family Doctor until she is old enough not to need a pediatrician.

Im with the others. I wanted to see one doctor and like the others i had to see who ever was open, they never treat you like they care, and they will do just about anything to make the next buck. They say one thing on the phone and then to your face they say another. They are the worst, dont take your kids there and waste your time and your money.

Poor front office management

Get the name day and time when you speak to someone. We live 40 minutes out of town and have had this clinic lose appointments, lie as to what they told you on the phone and generally not give a darn that they inconvienence a patient. The latest issue is that they never sent in a referral to our insurance so I am now stuck with a bill.

After moving from Arizona, i began taking my children to cheyenne children's clinic. I have never had a problem getting an appointment on the same day. My children have seen the same doctor for years, and they actually listen to you. There has been a couple times when the appt lasted an hour because the doctors wanted to be sure they checked everything. perscriptions are filled within 24 hrs. no appt needed for shots. They have access to xrays, lab and a psycologist in their clinic.

We have used these doctors for several years.

I have two children that have been patients at children's clinic for several years. We have always been able to select our doctor. We have generally chosen to work with Drs. Leland and Prentice although from time to time we have used other doctors in the clinic. They can almost always get us in for emergency appointment. If I had a special needs child, I would hands down recommend Dr. Leland. He has maintained his education in the field of special needs. He is very well known with other speicalists; he has a very good working relationship with the doctors at Children's Hospital; and he does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist rather than running unnecessary tests. We have used Dr. Prentice for my other daughter's asthma and he has been incredibly cool with encouraging her to be as active as possible. Both doctors have gone above and beyond the call of duty, they take the time to get to know my children; and I would not hestitate recommending their services.

We recently moved to Cheyenne from a small town in Wyoming. That town has one clinic where all patients are seen. I was excited to finally get my one year old medical attention from a pediatrician instead of a family doctor. Boy was I wrong! This clinic does not let you choose one doctor, you get who you get. That was the first problem. I want one doctor for my child... not to feel like I'm in an undeveloped country waiting in line for whoever will see my kid. I was told on the phone by a nurse (prior to this visit!) that we could get the MMR vaccine separate. The doc we saw complained about the Alternate Vaccine Schedule that I have my daughter on (Dr. Bob Sears' from his Vaccine Book). She asked me why I was doing this... and I told her why. Then I told her that I was originally planning on delaying all vaccines. The woman gave me her useless opinion when she told me she would not. She was very rude. Oh, and they seemed so shocked that I use cloth diapers. Wow, that is
