Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I called over a week in advance to make a reservation for a large party and was told 'we don't take reservations we do first come first serve', I said 'even for a party of 10?' and was told 'you can call an hour ahead and we can set it up then'. So I called an hour ahead to let them know and they did NOTHING! The guy who answered the phone, he said his name was John (found out that was a lie) acted like it bothered him to answer the phone and just said 'we'll figure it out' - didn't ask for a name or anything. When we got there we were told 'oh we had some other parties come in before your party and we took them first', I asked 'even though I called like you told me so it would be ready?', she said 'yes, we take first come first serve, even large parties'. Then absolutely horrible, rotten service and attitudes from every one of the staff once we got there. Will never, ever go back again and will never, ever recommend this place to anyone.
