Wow can't say anything to us over the phone but willing to slander on yp your cool

I contacted Tina Tice and her staff and hired them on the spot to clean my duplex for a move out inspection. She explained to me in detail the length they would go to insure I passed inspection with flying colors. I was promised she would be there the day of inspection and she was not, I was also told they stand by their work, and they did not. I had $50 deducted from my deposit for "cleaing" I have this part in writing, I guess I should have gotten her signature, not her word in regards to her side of the deal. she is refusing to return my calls.
