help not hurt by
At most care facilities such as this one, when first being hired state policies requires that you be given the proper numbers to call to the authorities that regulate abuse and neglect in these facilities. These government organizations was put in place to protect the rights of the clients. It protects them from verbal, physical and mental, sexual abuse and neglect just to name a few. It is your responsibility to report any of the above.Being an employee there why did you not voice your complaints to the proper authority? I too was an employee there for a short time and I witnessed such acts that I took the appropriate actions to make a change. Our communities are in dire needs of such facilities that do what they can to help it's improvements caring for the helpless and sick people is a service they offer no matter how bad it may appear to you they are doing what they can to the extent of their GOD given abilities. Although we can not help them by bad mouthing them, but we can help them by pointing out their mistakes to the proper authorities. Keep healthy so that you don't end up in a care facility such as this one.

This place is only good if you want to be verbally abused at every turn, and have no consideration taken if you have special dietary needs. They belittle and degrade you until you feel like your nothing. The carpets are old and smelly, and you can't sit on any of the chairs around without the overwhelming smell of urine hitting you. Choose anywhere but this place!
