I rented here from 2013-2015, and could not wait to move out. We did a walk through with the management, and pointed out a number of things that should be fixed before we moved in. They had not fixed half of them. They promised to replace the carpet, they replaced half of the carpet. When the fridge broke, it was replaced a week later with a cheap factory second dented floor model. All complaints are treated as if the tenant had intentionally broken something in the apartment. It takes several weeks to have anything repaired. I would strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs.
