With all due respect, this looks and sounds more like a "hack job" complaint from a competitor, rather than a bona fide complaint from a Champagne Pools customer, for three reasons:1) It has never taken us six months to build a pool.2) We have an outstanding receptionist (Ann) who does an excellent job of making sure that all phone calls are responded to. (We certainly wouldn't be in business for 33 years if we "never returned phone calls.")3) We have a long-standing reputation of DELIGHTING our customers. We get to know each one of them on a close, personal basis. None of them have ever called us "horrible" or "unprofessional." (If they did, we would find out what went wrong, and we would fix it.)We also find it rather suspicious that this person left no name.If this is a real complaint, we absolutely want to fix whatever problems we may have caused.
