Not only do we rebuild and service transmissions, we also take care of your entire drive train. We have been in business since 1985 and have combined experience of over 70 years. Watch out; Things to know before dealing with these guys by

Things you need to know: 1. They minimize at first: they tell you, from a script, that most people only need an adjustment, that it's really cheap for that, that they usually don't need to do any more than a minor correction on over half of the time. Julius will use your name more times in the conversation than is natural, and you start to get that creepy used car salesman feel in the back of your mind...2. they get you to be towed for "free"3. you get your vehicle there and then they "diagnose", a procedure that, despite there is a typical $60 charge for this, it is not considered work by them4. After this, you have started to call around and get quotes for what they found and you find they are are very expensive, possibly THE most expensive in a large radius. 5. You realize that you can get the same work and similar warranty by half a dozen other places, once you tell them this the nice tones change, the nasty Julius comes on the phone, no more saying your name and throwing flowers your way, the icing is off the cake and they start threatening to charge you storage for having your vehicle on their property (something never previously mentioned), they talk over you on the phone and leave you feeling like you just walked into the wrong side of town. The good? They only want positive feedback so badly they quickly change their tune, will refund you and your neighbors just to try to get their 5 stars so they can run the next poor bloke through the ringer again so they feel like Certified Trans is the answer. They may do good work, I did not give the green light and cough up the $477 "diagnostic" work that would have been the cost to find my problem.BOTTOM LINE: any company so ready to use your name and minimize the possibility of a big problem, set up to provide financing , record all phone calls and video the work is simply setting you up for a very expensive repair, showing you why you need to mortgage your house to fix the problem and providing a way to do so, in my opinion, should be avoided. You may feel otherwise, maybe car repair is better if it costs more, like a rolex or something, but that is not my opinion
