The facility is clean and sanitary but the staff especially the day staff is very inattentive and rude. This comment is not inclusive of all the nurses and staff but a few bad apples hurts everyone. Some residents require assistance to the rest room but when they buzz for assistance they have to wait for several minutes; and in some instances they wet on themselves. Some of the nurses are very rude and complain about having to do assist residents. The administrator is accomodating but only because she wants beds filled. I truly believe the leader or manger sets the tone for ALL organizaitions or businesses.

This place is awesome, nicest staff, best care. Food can improve. Therapy is great. Highly recommended.

On the second and third shift, the nurseing staff ignore your request for assistance. The smell of urine and human species is strong in the halls especially at night. The nurseing staff has much to be desired so stay away if at all possible.

Unless your too sick to care and don't care to eat avoid this place. Nice people but few and far between. Excellent PT's but, again, far and few in between plus crowded facilities. Probably as clean as many of the mediocre ones but that would be my only positive. If its broken...don't ask to get it fixed!
