We were with our previous telephone answering service for 24 years and even though you are a little more expensive, you are well worth it…our patients comment on how great you handle their calls.

I've just got to tell you... you guys are the greatest!!! Being a small business owner, I felt the professional image I portrayed to my clients was especially important. Having heard many horror stories over the years about answering services, I was very leary, to say the least. I couldn't be any more fortunate than to have selected Centratel as my first choice. Calls are always handled professionally, and I'm immediately notified of any messages. As if that wasn't enough, Hollee just blew me away today with her level of customer service and dedication to resolving a problem I was having with my Blackberry. The business world could certainly learn a few things from Centratel. Thanks for doing such a great job!
