BRENDA AND JENNY...INCREDIBLE!! THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS
For those who believe this
by Happy With Central Highlands , 07/30/2009
I too rented from them and found them to be the best in the area. These two tenants probably had pets that peed on the carpet or they were just scum loosers who did not pay their rent and left the apartments in filthy condition. Tenants who treat the property well and leave it nice always get their deposits back with Central Highlands. Brenda and Jenny do try to treat their tenants like friends. They treated us fantastic, gave us back our entire deposit (because we left the house...which was clean and perfect when we moved in) even though our paperwork stated that our deposit was non refundable. If there was mouse poop in your apartment lady/gentleman it is probably because you drew the mice in with your dirt. Unfortunately, we had to leave Central Highlands and go with another company in Kansas. Talk about a mess. Both of these posters should be ashamed of themselves
The Best Property Manager!
by Happy Property Owners , 08/27/2009
We have been using Brenda & Jenny at Central Highlands for almost 4 years now. We've used other management companies in Prescott in the past, and no one can compare to them. They combine their real estate business sense with kindness, fairness, and humor, for both us as property owners, and our tenants. They once had a tenant who came upon some hard times, and took up a collection from the other property owners to help her and her kids stay in their rented home. How thoughtful is that? They go above and beyond to please both tenant and owner. They truly treat our home as if it is their home, and that makes us feel extrememly secure, especially since we live several states away. Whether you are a property owner or a tenant, rest assured you are in wonderful, caring, and professional hands. ~Debi & Scott Tripp

My husband and I looked at a place through CHRE and we imidately fell in love with it, but the only problem was our credit was horrible, but they worked with us and found a solution. When we were signing the all the documents....we had the best time even when it was past office hours...they didnt care...CHRE actually cares about their tenants and will do anything to make them happy unlike other rental companies that just want your money and never speak to you again until rent is due. I want to say thank you CHRE for working with us and treating us like friends not a money source.

We have rented from Central Highlands two times now. Unfortunately, the crappy economy got us too and Brenda and Jenny had to evict us. In court, they waived our late fees and actually told the judge that they would rent to us again. Well, they did! We came back to them one year later and they were happy to put us in an affordable home. I know that many of you have been burned by property management companies but you should really give this one a try. They really care about their tenants
BEWARE! Do not trust!

BEWARE! Unprofessional and extremely rude. Dishonest...they will keep your money at all cost. They will lie and cheat to their advantage. Do not trust. I would never do business with these people again.Also....they write their own 5 star reviews to bring their rating up. UNETHICAL
Great Property Management!!

I went through a divorce last year and needed to find something suitable for my 10 yr old daughter and I, Brenda and Jenny were wonderful to work with! My credit was less than perfect from divorce issues and they worked with me on it. I only had a couple issues with my new home and they fixed them immediately. Over the last year I was able to get back on my feet and was able to move into a bigger house and although I would have really liked to have stayed with CHRE, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I did end up renting through another company (which I am a little nervous about), but CHRE refunded my ENTIRE deposit even though $150 was non refundable (cause I left the place in good condition and cleaned myself). I would highly recommend them and if I move in the future, I will look to them first.A Happy TenantCourtney
Comment from CHRE

Regarding the report below entered on 6-28In commentator that states "Central Highlands Real Estate will keep your money at any cost", had entered a legally binding contract and subsequently breached it thereby forefieting their deposit money. Sure, they are unhappy that our client insisted that "a contract is a contract" and would not approve the return of any monies. As to the "rude" comment, I guess when they didn't get their way they thought we were rude. They issued their own threats against us which we encouraged them to follow through with

This morning one of the ladies from the agency called my friend, before 8am, to rant at her about how she shouldn't have posted the comment on 10/4/10. She called me having a anxiety attack because she had no clue what they were talking about. She's a bit upset with me for commenting on here, but I truley belive people should be aware of what is going on with this company. Not everyone would know how to go about dealing with these people in a legal manner as my friend does. My friend shouldn't be dealing with this but feels there is no action she can take. I've told her this is not the case. She just wants to live peacefully and be left alone to raise her children. Against her wishes, I will continue to comment on any future harassment towards my friend from this company. The public has a right to know about what goest on at Central Highlands prior to doing business with them. Hopefully, there will be nothing more to comment about.
Shame on you !!
by A friend of the owner , 10/05/2010
Shame on you. I too have heard the story below and I live close to this young lady as well. I know the owner of this property, she is almost like a mom to me. I don't even believe that a "friend" wrote this response, I do believe that it came directly from Amber herself. Why did you leave out the part where you cut off the owners electricity and ruined all their food? Why did you leave out the part about stealing their garden hose? I watch your husband "live" at this home for a couple of weeks and as soon as he is gone, your boyfriend is there for at least 3 or 4 days. You also left the part out where you went psycho with my friend, causing her to contact a property management company. Why is it that the more wrong you are... The crazier you act? I don't know much about Central Highlands but I feel sorry for them having to work with you Ms. Harmon. You need to grow up and follow rules or sit yourself in a naughty chair.
