Love CHRE by Colty'sWifey - 09/01/2009My husband and I looked at a place through CHRE and we imidately fell in love with it, but the only problem was our credit was horrible, but they worked with us and found a solution. When we were signing the all the documents....we had the best time even when it was past office hours...they didnt care...CHRE actually cares about their tenants and will do anything to make them happy unlike other rental companies that just want your money and never speak to you again until rent is due. I want to say thank you CHRE for working with us and treating us like friends not a money source.
The Best Property Manager! by Happy Property Owners - 08/27/2009We have been using Brenda & Jenny at Central Highlands for almost 4 years now. We've used other management companies in Prescott in the past, and no one can compare to them. They combine their real estate business sense with kindness, fairness, and humor, for both us as property owners, and our tenants. They once had a tenant who came upon some hard times, and took up a collection from the other property owners to help her and her kids stay in their rented home. How thoughtful is that? They go above and beyond to please both tenant and owner. They truly treat our home as if it is their home, and that makes us feel extrememly secure, especially since we live several states away. Love Central Highlands by The Pederson Family - 08/24/2009We moved to Prescott and needed a home for a month right away. Central Highlands did not have anything that was suitable for a family of 7 so they helped us find a property with a different company. We stayed with this company for 6 months and when we were ready to renew our lease, we called Brenda and Jenny at CHRE. They had the perfect house for us. Clean and Cheery and perfect for us. We signed a one year lease and have now been in the home for over 5 months. We have had things break and the teams at this managment company have had them repaired within hours or days. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company!!!
Just the Greatest!! by JLS - 08/11/2009We too rented Central Highlands Real Estateand found them to be the best in the area. These two tenants probably had pets that peed on the carpet or they were just scum loosers who did not pay their rent and left the apartments in filthy condition. Tenants who treat the property well and leave it nice always get their deposits back with Central Highlands. Brenda and Jenny do try to treat their tenants like friends. They treated us fantastic, gave us back our entire deposit (because we left the house...which was clean and perfect when we moved in) even though our paperwork stated that our deposit was non refundable. If there was mouse poop in your apartment lady/gentleman it is probably because you drew the mice in with your dirt. Unfortunately, we had to leave Central Highlands and go with another company in Kansas. Talk about a mess. Both of these posters should be ashamed of themselves
horrible people by GROSS APARTMENT - 06/17/2009I won't name any specific names, but I will tell you that my best friends rented from these two women at Central Highlands, and they went through hell with them. My friends are very responsible, good people and they would never skip out on any responsibilities. Central Highlands rented the grossest apartment I have ever seen to them. We spent three days trying to clean up the place before they moved in and even called and told them how apalled we were. My friends' lease was up and they were under a minimal time period to find a new apartment, and could not change their mind and sign another lease in time....or believe me, we would have been out of there in a hurry. Central Highlands never did anything to make up for the messy apartment. However, when my friends called them on other things, like the faucets not working, the water tank leaking, a screen door that didn't open, and kitchen problems, Central Highlands sent out people who were certainly not prefessionals to fix things, and o

Absolutely Terrible Service by VerySadClient - 06/17/2009I rented from Central Highlands Real Estate. They try to become tenants' friends, but hardly do the work a friend would. When I moved in to my apartment, it was not professionally cleaned by any means, there were mouse droppings in all of the cabinets. When we notified them of this issue they argued that there had been cleaning service hired before our move in date. No cleaning service I know of leaves dirt in the sinks and droppings in the cupboards. After moving out we were billed bogus amounts of money for 2 carpet cleanings (why 2?) and to have a professional cleaner come in, (although they obviously pocket that money). We paid the bill and thought our business with them was cleared up, and then they mysteriously found another bill that they had forgotten to put on the original 3 months earlier. They are unprofessional, dirty, and a total joke.
