Are you kidding me? by
I am supposed to have a stress test. I had one scheduled for a Wednesday which I told the receptionist at that time would not work. Upon confirming that it would not work and calling to reschedule, I was told that the doctor only does stress tests on Wednesday. I travel for work and am never here on Wednesday. I am available, however, on Mondays and Fridays. I asked if another doctor would be available and was told it had to be the one who saw me previously. I said I would not be able to schedule a Wednesday and the receptionist simply said "ok"! REALLY! I am supposed to have a stress test and you can't figure out a time. Not all of your patients are retired. Some of us work and don't have flexible schedules! I will be finding a new doctor...hope I don't NEED that stress test! I would not nor will not recommend any place with this rigid of scheduling...RIDICULOUS! Awful service!

My visit was a very plesant and well co-ordinatined office visit.. the staff was very cordial.. My doctor , Dr. Villagas was outstanding at making me feel at home and cared for.. this was my first visit... I don't know HOW anyone would make a negative out of such a positive they make you feel. From the reseptionist to the endind staff the visit was fantastic..... thank you all.. Susie Huffman

this Doctor is the worse Doctor I have ever seen. if you are not his patient and one of the other Doctors in the practice patients he treats you like your an idiot. he does not do as he should for those with serious heart conditions. do not ever see him. Bies, Vilegas and Hamburg are top notch in this practice, no one else
Changed Cardiologist because of poor Customer Service by
I had three appointments with Central Arizona Heart Specialists and each appointment got progressively worse. The first appointment I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. The second appointment was almost an hour after my appointment time and was only seen because I complained. The third and final time I sat in the waiting room for almost two hours, had people that came in after me seen before me I finally had top ask for a refund of my Co-Pay and left without being seen by the Doctor and called another Cardiologists office. I never once received an appology or an explanation as to why it was taking so long, the customer service is terrible. If you plan to see them make sure you block out a good three hours of your time regardless of your appointment time. It also took 3 months to get scheduled for a stress test which is what I eventually walked out on.
