I know of this situation. The reviewer was in a bind. It was the friday before Thanksgiving and one of his associates dropped the ball. They called Center Trophy and they were upfront and told him it would be very close considering the short holiday week comming up. Yes they did show up late, but the saleslady discounted the product and eliminated the frieght charges. As for the charge on your cc, I think it was charged before they knew you were bringing a check in. I think they tried repeatedly to contact you by phone and email and no one would reply. Since this guy still owed them almost $300 for over 3 weeks they might have assummed he wasn't going to pay them. I think this guys pants are a little tight and he got himself in a tizzy. I have done business with Center Trophy for over ten years they are honest and hard working people.

I needed some product for a special event I was holding, time was short and they assured me there was enough time to complete the order. Paid for next day shipping. The day product was to arrive I called and they informed me it was shipped wrong and it would be late. It was clear this was MY problem and they did not take responsibility as "they" did not ship it wrong their supplier did. Bottom line it is their company.THEN the order was paid for and they charged my credit card in addition to the check they received. This caused fees from the bank, they did not care. Worst customer service I have ever received, I would definetly find someone who cares about service.
