Welcome to The Centennial House, a conveniently located single-story assisted living community just minutes from downtown Apple Valley. At Centennial House we are here because of you, our customer. Our sole focus is on making our customers' experience the best it can possibly be.

Centennial House is located on a lovely pond and a number of restaurants, shopping venues and other attractions are just a short distance away. The Centennial House community is part of Ecumen, which is Minnesota's largest non-profit provider of housing for those "Living Fully After 50."

Centennial House is comprised of two single-level neighborhoods that include a total of 59 studio residences. We offer a diverse mix of amenities, personal services, and health care, including specialized memory care:

Flexible Leases: Each of our residences are on month-to-month leases.

Privacy: All Centennial House residences feature window seats, a private bath with a shower unit, ample closet space, available telephone and cable hook-ups and a 24-hour response system.

Your Choices: Select your own size residence, bring your own furnishings, choose the number of meals per day you desire to eat. Your home means your choices.
