I went to this location on 15/8/2014 to fix my iPhone 4, they told me that you have to change your screen and said will get it within 3 hours,, so I went back and forth more than 3 times and every time they just give excuses after 2 days wasting my time, this big liar told me that the mother board has to be changed,,, so I asked him to give my iPhone back then I went to someone else and notice that that liar gave my mobile with many missing parts and he also broke a tiny connecting parts... This is a huge big warning,,, Do not go to this place, Do not go to this big liar,, Do not go to this garbage shop..

My note II fell off my hands in 4G speed... Screen was cracked. I tested it and it was fully functional though. I used it the way it was for few days, but I decided to go to get it fixed.

I dropped it off at this clinic and this guy quoted me $96 to repair it. I agreed instead of spending $350 for a new one.

When I went to picked it up the new screen was replaced but it had and awful bubble and a huge scratch underneath. His excuse? When you replace the screen the display "looses" the glue and does not stick together as it was AND if I wanted fix, that's is called a "full screen refurbish" and it would cost me an EXTRA $150.

He did not mention this possibility when I left the phone there, otherwise I'd make the decision to get a new phone. I took the phone with me with me and I started having bigger issues: frozen screen and finally does not display anymore.

This is not a cheap phone it is my "must" for work purposes.

This guy is a big time SCAMMER and I think EVERYONE should be aware of this in case you ever need your mobile device repair. This is not the place unless you want to lose your phone and waste your money.

Of the 4 weeks I vacationed in Kissimmee (February 2014), 2 weeks were occupied with trying to obtain a cell phone so my wife and I could communicate at Malls, etc. So I purchased a new $100 unlocked Prism II cell phone from him. Turns out the phone was refurbished and defective (HE IS A LIAR). He had this way of never answering his phone and wasting much of our time (and wife's time also).DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER !LESSONS LEARNED! GET YOUR PHONE FROM BESTBUY !!!!!!!!On a positive note: Go see Cirque du Soleil !!!!

i took my phone to this location paid up front for the job went back like 6 times and no thing happen ,very bad service ,no hospitality

comprei com o Ari um indiano, 5 iphone 5s e 1 samsung S4 desbloqueados, porem ele me falou que so podia por os chips aqui no brasil para nao dar conflito, porem segunda feira quando cheguei no brasil descobri que todos os aparelhos estao bloqueados os iphones pela operadora sprint e o sansumg pela operadora t&t foi enganada e paguei caro pelos celulares to com um prejuizo enorme afinal os parelhos nao era para venda e sim para mim e minha familia meus filhos tao super magoados sai do brasil para levar um cano desse la nos estados unidos

Went there to repair my phone they said come back at 6:30, came back at 7PM they were closed at 7PM on the dot, so whatever my fault not theirs I figured, went back the next morning at 11 cause the place says it opens at 10AM, the place was closed an hour after it was supposed to be open, called the # 3 times without an answer, got them to answer on the 4th try and they said they haven't yet been able to fix my cracked screen, and that they would know why in an hour and they'd call me back. That's where I'm at now but I'm already very disappointed with the service given. My recommendation would be to never use these cell phone clinic locations they never seem to work.

i was in kissimmee in vacation i purchase a battery suposed to be new in the box but it was a used when i checked in radio shak they told me its used be verry cerful with those kids

do not leave deposit they only take cash they say for not to charge you tax but but they just hold you and may take days they will not deliver on time my cell phone is worst than it was be verry cerfull go some where else never again they did not diliver and verry expensive

i took my cell phone to get flushed and look i was dealing with scammers do not leave deposit they will never answer the phone your phone will be worst get a new phone will try to call channel 9 im sure they ripe off all the costomer

I went there to fix my screen with my phone in perfect condition. I went o pick it up and it looks worse than when i brought it. No quality they are just trying to get money.

they fixed my i phone's broken lens the same day and gave a 30 days warranty on it. the service was professional and excellent.would definitely recommend it.
