My first impression was a good one- until I heard that the limo driver threatened to throw all of our luggage out of the car if I didn't hurry.(I was 5 whole minutes late!) After hearing that I couldn't help but be a little disgruntled.This was a our WEDDING- not the prom... kind of a big deal.Then when we returned from our destination we were left WITHOUT a limo.It was freezing cold and I stood there with my two year old, six year old, parents, new husband, huge wedding dress, huge slip and three tuxes in hand... waiting. Then I went LOOKING for our limo, which was still nowhere to be found.40 minutes later we gave up and needed to get the kids warm so we took a taxi.It was embarrassing to get shined by our limo in front of our entire family and wedding party.When we called to complain we were received with yelling and told that it was our fault for not waiting longer!Their customer service is non existant! Do yourself a favor and go with a different limo service- ANY other service!
