I have taken my truck to Casper Auto and I am very pleased with the work. Gary has always has given me a fair price and the work is a spot on, Thanks guys...

Ok guys until there's a problem. Gary gets very defensive and starts pointing fingers. Spent a lot of money the last couple years with him but will never step foot in his place again.

He has been very fair. As well as very timely in getting our car dealt with.

Another excuse, more time delay blah blah blah. Now to find out what this used to be honest and trustworthy man really is? Watch the you tube someone else took. He is a horrible man.

caspers is honest but very slow it took 2 months to get my car back.

Don't ever go to this place. They were supposed to fix a couple of vehicles for us for over three weeks now and have done nothing. I went in there today to talk about it and was told he will do it when he gets around to it. Told him I needed it fixed before Monday and he began to swear at me and threaten to beat me up and get the f#%& out of his shop! I have never been threaten to be beaten up in a place of business I was willing to pay them thousands of dollars! Do not ever go there or send someone to! Worst experience I have ever had in my life!!!!

Worst experience ive ever had at any business. Had exact same thing happen to me that joeyhead69 did, and worse. I finally went and took my car after 2 weeks of them having it, with nothing being done. Kept telling me they were going to do this and that, but never did. On the day I picked up my car he said he was having hard time finding parts for my car. The mechanic I eventually had do the work said it took him one call to get them. Point is that he never even tried. Every time i called, he said he would call me when he knew something. Not once did he call me back, I always waited a day , and called back myself. In closing, all I can say is once again this was the worst experience ive ever had with ANY business.
