Please know that the floral business is difficult and some will write negative reviews thinking it is a way to eliminate competition - especially when one such as ours is staffed 24/7, will deliver in King County all hours every day, and you can get the owner's cell number at any time. Wonderful Service Almost Every Time by wantsmore - 05/16/2008The employees are very helpful and the designs quite nice. Most orders have been just what I wanted when I wanted. While I did wait until the last minute to order on Mother's Day, I was disappointed the flowers were not delivered until Monday. A message was left for me about the change and I was given both a delivery credit and a call from the shop owner. I am impressed with the concern they have given me but I can't say excellent since I did not get exactly what I wanted when I wanted it for this occasion.
This MN Gal Loves Cascade Florists by familygal - 03/05/2008I don't know what the issue is about 'not in minneapolis' but I can tell you this florist has delivered what I wanted to where I wanted - even when I wanted. I live in Duluth and it is cheaper for me to use Cascade than most of my local florists because they don't charge a wire fee and they seem to be able to get deliveries done quickly without sacrificing quality. When I saw the lower rating on a company I use, I wanted to see what happened. I am writing this because I thought that 1 star rating was really lame. Call these folks and judge for yourself.

excellent service by kimcat - 12/05/2007Needed flowers to get to a Phoenix hospital on the same day. Called the florist with a special request for a stuffed bear to be added to the bouquet. Flowers were delivered within 3 hours, with the bear, and then a callback from Cascade to let me know that the delivery had been made.

They Work Delivery Miracles by shopper - 09/06/2007Seems like I only remember I need flowers after most shops are closed. I've called this shop at every odd hour possible and I still get a knowledgeable employee who gets my order handled - once even last minute on a Sunday. And I love there website too. Its very easy to use. By the way, the owner really does help out when there is a problem.
