AVOID AVOID AVOID at ALLLLL Costs!

This company is selling junk stoves. We purchased a Monessen 42" gas fireplace in April of 2014. Great price but since the install, the unit has failed 2 times. Cascadia ONLY sells, they do NOT install nor will they service the product. They outsource the install and the service which means, they wash their hands once the sale is complete. The service 'company', Kelley's Stove Service of Auburn, WA which consisted 2 guys who looked like they hadn't showered in a week, came to my house to try to fix the fireplace. Since their repair, the fireplace still is inoperable and these 'Service Guys', will NOW NOT return my calls. Oh, and on top of that, Monessen's 'warranty', covered less than $80 on a BRAND NEW STOVE! I had to foot the bill to pay more that $200 to get my BRAND NEW Fireplace to work. Do your self a favor, avoid future headaches and buy form a company who, 1) Installs the unit themselves, and 2) provides service.
