Not Happy by Going some place else - 09/29/2009
I called to get information/prices and the receptionist didn't seem very negotiable and was hard to understand. I think if your going to have someone answering the phones they should know what there talking about and easy to understand. And on top of that she put ME on hold and disconnected me. So needless to say i wont be going to this vet's office. I rather drive far for GOOD customer service.

The veterinary service is very good. They have emergency support. I have 6 dogs; they have been well treated at this vet. The entire staff, even the receptionist, loves animals. The office isn't the newest, but that means you aren't paying top dollar for it. So the vet is affordable and affable. They are also nice to the animal "parents". One of my dogs had a swollen face when I got home from work. I was very concerned - almost freaked out, really. The vet was very calming. She made a quick diagnosis. My dog is doing great, now. Top quality care.
