Opened in 2002, Cary Junior High School serves more than 800 students in grades seven and eight. The school s core academic program includes classes in language arts, mathematics, social studies and science. Additionally, students are offered instruction in physical education. Cary Junior High School also offers home economics, art and general music classes for grade seven students, and industrial arts, health and foreign language programs for students in grade eight. The school has athletic teams in various sports, such as cross country, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, track and field and cheerleading. It also provides memberships to several clubs, including a student activity board, band, chorus, recycling crew and drama club. Cary Junior High School is located in Cary, Ill.
