DO NOT SHOP HERE by BabySnakes - 07/29/2008
This is the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. They will tell you anything to make a sale and not come through with any of it. My installers were awful- I never knew when they were coming or when they were going to finish a room. They left my house a mess and left tack strips and pieces everywhere. On top of it all the job came in over estimate and no one cleared that with me before hand so I had no idea it was costing more than agreed to. I will never shop with Carpet Works again and I recommend you shop somewhere else as well. Hopefully I can keep others from making the mistake I did by shopping here.
