Excellent experience, quality carpet, great price and they came to my home. Saved $1200 on Stainmaster carpet throughout - and they didnt skimp on the pad. Feels excellent under my feet, and very happy with my decision to choose Carpet Direct.

Great place to get wholesales price on high-end carpet and flooring. Their Shaw hard floors like engineered wood are priced waaaay below retail stores for example by about half the price. Sometimes you have to wait longer than anticipated so plan on ordering ahead of time.

I would suggest using them if your remodeling a home to be more high-end or are a builder.

WARNING TO MILITARY VETERANS ** The carpet is Trendy but CHEAP IMATITION ! They want to sell you the carpet but HAVE ABSOLUTELY " 0 " POST SALE SERVICE . The owner promises you 1 thing and his DISHONSET SALESMAN " COREY " LIES AND LIES ANDS LIES . And almost lost the sale of our neighbors entire home because of his lies . If I had known they have NO WARRANTY on the carpet they sell I would have NEVER told my neighbors to buy from them .We both bought an entire house full of carpet from Carpet Direct KC Mo. We have complained since the installation of the patterened carpet in our media room . TERRIBLE SEAMS blaimed it on their installer and even after CHUCK the owner promised to "FIX " the problem the new installer NEVER SHOWED UP . So far have put us off on the REPAIR / REPLACEMENT of their " Time to Hussle " series of carpet and the REFUND of non-installed carpet . Refund wanted because they have NO Repair and Replacement after the sale . I am very disappointed . THIS CARPET WAS FAULTY FROM DAY ONE . THEY KEEP PUTTING US OFF FOR ANY WARRANTY FROM CARPET DIRECT OR THE FACTORY CARPET WARRANTY . We expected more and received LESS . SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR CARPET . ESPECIALLY ALL MILITARY VETERANS ** WARNING SHARE THIS WITH " ALL MILITARY VETERANS " If CHUCK owner of CARPET DIRECT KC MO . changes HIS MIND and does the right thing I will remove and repost a follow up with the correct POST SALE CARPET WARRANTY INFO .
