We have been using Caring Senior Services for a few months now and have a really nice caretaker that is working miracles for our loved one. The reason I have given this place a one star is because of Heidi who is a Manager here. She has been so rude to us that we have decided to discontinue service with this place. It is that bad. She must not treat her employees very well either. She made us feel like badly treated employees ourselves and we don't even work there!! We are her customers! We regret we had to make this decision as it is hard on our loved one to have to get used to another caregiver but we have had enough of Heidi. Be forewarned before you start services with these people. If you have low self esteem and don't mind being bitched out by someone that is not even your boss but someone you are paying services for then use these people. Otherwise run fast . They aren't even the cheapest out there.
