HORRIBLE service! I paid $18 for services not rendered, and then was refused a refund. I dropped off a dress for a 2-inch hem and after picking it up the designated 5 days later, took it home to find that all they had done was cut the bottom of my dress and hadn't sewn a thing! When I returned it the following day, with my original ticket and credit card receipt, the man there refused to fix it by the time I needed it or issue a refund. First I was told the original dress didn't have a hem. Untrue and irrelevant. I explained that hemming required actual sewing, and he insisted he'd cut the dress carefully. Again, irrelevant because as clearly printed on the ticket HE generated and gave to me, and as evidenced on a separate ticket attached to my dress, it was to have been hemmed. I asked him who in their right mind would pay $18 to cut something they could do at home for free. He offered to give me $9 back. As I walked out I informed an incoming customr of the situation and wished him luck in getting appropriate service!
