Burnt out lawyer by sosume - 03/26/2009I had a easy dui case. I was innocent. Kelly does a poorjob communicating with his clients. I think he spent less than an hour on my case and charged me $3000. He had me plea bargain to illegal lane change whichI was innocent of. I asked him why and he started yelling and told me I could go back to court butnit would cost me more money. The blood tests which came back clean just sat on his desk for weeks. His office could have communicated. He is burnt out and puts as little time into a case as possible. I think he is a crook.
