Think Twice by John Barrera - 08/06/2009This was not a pleasant experience. Money was the first thing that was discussed. After I paid in good faith, I had to wait another hour and a half before my vehicle was delivered. Had the vehicle been cleaned before delivery, I might have overlooked the ripples in the body work, the dust inside the car, the overspray on the headlights, the overspray inside the doors, the dirty fingerprints on the headliner, the swirl marks on the hood and roof and numerous other items that denote unprofessional work. Think twice before you trust your vehicle to this location on Montano in Albuquerque.
Repair work by PTE - 10/23/2008The staff was courteous, thorough, and professional. I was given a ride to my job (nearby). The work was excellent, and the car was ready ahead of time. It was also thoroughly cleaned, which is significant, as I brought it in dirty inside and out, with inches of mud and clay cemented in the whellwells. Unlike the last reviewer, I have no complaints. It seems to be a classy outfit.
