I found this business in the yellow pages a couple of years ago & have used them ever since! Love the work that they do!

This company will never get another dime from me. I spoke with the office person and she explained that the tech would be there between 8 and 9. She was unable to answer my questions regarding cleaning method and very unprofessional. I gave them a try anyway and when the tech came to my home at 11:30, he said that my appointment was scheduled between 10 and 12. I was having company and had to hurry to get things completed but the carpet was wet when my company arrived. After speaking with the office staff on several occasions She can kiss my business good bye....

I have used others a few years ago and then I tried these guys. I have never been disappointed. They come on time , do the job, and leave. Maybe if you leave a ten dollar bill for the guy to grab a lunch he will take special care of your needs. As a matter of fact I did not know this review site existed. I live in Seven Lakes and I endorse these guys with what I have seen. Maybe other people have been disappointed but maybe you are expecting too much. This is carpet cleaning tor a hundred bucks, what do you want? I will never switch unless I get burnt really bad.

I used Captain Steemer to clean my carpets and am very disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 10am (they ended up showing up at 11:05) and once they were finished with the cleaning my carpets were still moist the next day when I left to go to work.I feel like the carpet cleaning guys rushed the job to get to the next appointment and I will not use them again.

My original appointment was scheduled from 9 - 10. They took it upon themselves to change this to 10 -12 and left this on my voicemail the day before. When I called the following morning to fine tune the time, the tech said he would be at my house at 10:30 and would call ahead. 10:30 came and went, no call, no show. When I called at 11am, the operator got the tech on the phone to see where he was and he said he was on his way to my home and would be there in 10 minutes. Noone ever showed. Then at 11:20 I get a call saying the tech is sick and was on his way to the hospital! Unorganized, unprofessional organization! Go somewhere else!

I moved into a new condo a year ago and had to have the carpets done because the prior occupant smoked. I opened the dex yellowpages and chose this company. When I called to make inquiries about price and service the rep gave me a price and what was included. I made the appt and when the service tech came to the house he was ON Time, assessed the carpet and did the job for what was originally quoted. NO HIDDEN CHARGES, NO extra sales pitch. The lingering smells were gone and there was very little dry time...maybe 2 hours, tops. I humbly must admit that I used a competitor recently based on a coupon I found in the paper....OMG, what a mistake!!! Never again

Came to my home & did a great job cleaning my carpet & tile in a timely manner & charged a very resonible amount. THANK YOU!!!!
