It seems like most people only put reviews up when they are unhappy so I decided that I would do something different... Captain Electric were fantastic! I thought that their pricing was totally fair and they did an excellent job. I also really appreciated the timely response and the great service I recieved! Thank you Captain Electric!!!

THERE JOB PRICING IS WAY OVER PRICED WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH CHEAPER TO HIRE AN ELECTRICIAN BY THE HOUR EVEN AT 200.00 AN HR. KIND OF A RIP-OFF. THEY NEED TO HAVE A PRICING SCHEDULE FOR SMALLER JOBS ALSO PERSON ANSWERING PHONE SHOULD LET YOU KNOW THE 59.00 SERVICE CALL IS ONLY FOR THE ELECTRICIAN SHOWING TO YOUR DOOR. WAS LED TO BELIEVE IT INC. DIAGNOSIS. JUST NEEDED A SOCKET REPLACED WAS OVER 250.00

My business had an electrical failure. The repair was time critical. After another another company was too busy to help, I called Captain Electric. They arrived immediately after calling. The technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part on the spot. Great work. When you want reliable service and a quality job, call these guys.

Outstanding Company by Waters - 01/31/2008
Captain Electric was fantastic! We originally called and made appointments with 4 different companies to give us bids on our basement finish. Only 2 even showed up. I waited hours for these other companies who never showed and never even called!! Captain Electrics bid was fair and the electrician seemed extremely knowledgable so we went with them. Best choice ever!! They started the work that day and did a fantastic job!! And the other great part is that all the work they did is guaranteed for 3 years!!! I would definately recommend this company!
