Once you buy a car from them, they don't give a crud about you! by . - 12/11/2009Do not shop here! I have personally bought two cars here, and have a best friend who bought a car there,my sister did, as well as family. They are very happy to take your money, and egg you on to buy more and more, and then they will jip (Screw) you at some point in time. I won't buy any vehicles here ever, and I do not believe my family will either, and we will never recommend them. But, if you still feel the need to shop with them, if they offer you their tires for life program, do not accept it. It's a gimmick that they make thousands off of. My best friend did this program, she did all of capitols expensive maintenance on her car for years, and rotations on the tires too (they charge you for those!!!) when the time came to claim her free tires that were owed to her, they denied her claim. Why? They claim she missed one tire rotation in a 12k mile gap. this is rediculous. They will kill thier buisness one person at a time.
