Ride to and from Airport by pumpkin - 10/29/2009I am not too happy with their service...I travel frequently and always promis myself to find another shuttle...In my opinion they make too many out of the way (way off I 5) stops so that it takes me too long to get to the airport. Once I almost missed my plane. This can be exhausting especially at night coming of a long return flight and spening another 2+ hours on their bus to get back to Lacey.
Capital Aeroporter is dangerous for elderly passengers by goldust - 01/04/2009This company's driver dropped my 74 year old mother, with her luggage, off after dark, in a snow storm, hundreds of feet from even a gas station, when she told the driver she had forgotten her passport. It took repeated calls to reach the manager, John Fricke, who told me he would look into this and would call me back. It's been a week and I haven't heard from him.
