Rude, unprofessional behaviour by
sharon marie schovanec -
We had our Jeep Grand Cherokee towed to Cape Point Exxon more than 6 weeks ago to be repaired. After more than two weeks with no news, and nobody answering the phone there, or even a message system, we checked it out and saw that they were closed. Our Jeep was sitting with its nose almost on Hwy 12, the store was locked, and our electronic keys were inside. We had to get the Jeep towed to another garage, with our one spare key, where it was repaired finally. I left a note with our name, address, phone, etc., in a Ziploc bag on the door asking them to return our keys or call us to com get them when it was convenient. No reply after 2 more weeks, and the note is gone from the door. We need the set of electronic keys they are holding hostage in there. I understand there was an illness int he family, but NOBODY else could call people and help them get their keys and vehicles? This is the epitome of rude, unprofessional behavior and unfortunately our next step is to sue them.
They really are good people by
Woman customer -
They might ignore women but not becuase they are rude but becuase they are "old school" and assume you are there with a man. Once they got to know me, and realized I came in without my husband, I got great service every time. They also have good prices and I feel they are very accommodating to the tourists who may only be their customer, hopefully, one time..
Great service works wth napa so parts are fast. We are on vacation he was fast and price was good.
horrible service by
DO NOT try to get help here if you are a woman. We were T\totally ignored by the manager. Unbelievable!Have never been treated so poorly, even in other counties...
