For those of you in the area, avoid Cape Fear Flooring like the plague! I am so mad right now that I can't see straight. First, it took me a week to get a quote, and that was after I called twice to ask for it. Then, the materials took twice as long as they said for them to come in; again I had to call twice to find out where our stuff was. THEN THEY ORDERED THE WRONG THING! What was supposed to be a 1-day project took NINE DAYS! And after all this, they give me a 5% discount, which the manager thinks is more than fair, and is twice what she was going to offer me. BEYOND PISSED!!!On a side note, the guys who actually did the work did a great job. If I could hire them without having to go through Cape Fear Flooring, I would.

Upon our Real Estate agents suggestion, we went to Cape Fear Flooring. Could not have been a better choice. The very nice and professional lady in the showroom helped my family like we were her own! I had originally gone there to price out carpet and ended up with a laminate floor that is doing wonders for our allergies! Thank you all!

Unprofessional, poor quality of product and warranty, what warranty??Go to professionals that are educated on flooring products and can help you find what you really need and want.Do not go to this half baked establishment...you will regret it... And so will your wallet. I sick of looking at poor quality they left behind for me to deal with...some warranty!?

We came back from vacation only to find our kitchen, living and dining room flooded, apparently a pipe has broken and managed to transform our home into a swamp.Cape Fear Flooring & Restoration arrived ASAP, all steps were explained and the estimator handled all the insurance claim issues for me.I want to thank this local company for their reliability and thoroughness, restoring normal life to our family in no time.

This is not a professional company and do not use them. They displace everything in an office and then leave with not one thing put back in its proper place. There are too many other companies out there.They take the liberty of moving computers and other equipment without the owners permission and then leave it. Don't waste your time with this company.

They are totally unprofessional. The female owner is rude, thoughtless, and completely incompetent. We were given a specific qoute and when we talked with her the qoute mysterious doubled. We discussed several extenuating circumstances and were reassured that they would be taken care of. The day of installation we received a snappy, complaining, argumentative phone call that pretty much told us they could care less about our situation. If we had not been under strict time constraints we would definitely have found another company for our flooring needs. I will NEVER, EVER use this company again nor recomment them.
