Home away from Home by Debbiedo23 - 08/25/2009I have brought my pet to Canine Country Club every time I go out of town. She gets excited each time we pull into the parking lot. She is greeted as if she is one of the family there and shown lots of love and affection. Whenever there has been a medical problem the staff will let me know immediately and give me all the details. They are very knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable in leaving my pet there whenever I need a vacation.
Sores on legs by Very Disappointed - 08/15/2009My husband picked up our terrier mix and brought her home. She had a huge sore on each of her legs. The kennel did not say a thing about the sores until I called. Then they said that it was hot spots from lying on the concrete. When I selected this kennel I was of the understanding that my dog would be free to go in and out at will. As I brought her own bed and blanket, I assumed (Foolish me) that she would be able to rest in comfort when she needed to. My dog is 13 years old and I called several places before taking her here because I wanted her to be COMFORTABLE. No way would I have picked this place if I knew that she was on concrete for the day and only given her bed at night (which is what they now tell me).
Great Place to Leave My Pets by Pet Lover - 08/13/2009I have brought my pets to Canine Country Club for over 7 years, either for day care or to stay for a long visit. They take such good care of my pets. I work long hours and I am blessed that I have such a great place to leave my pets, and I know they are well cared for when I have to leave them for long visits or when I have to leave them overnight when I work late. They love to go to CCC. They never shake or act afraid when I take them or pick them up. They are tired when I take them home, but it is because they had so much fun when they were there. You can tell from the people that work there that they care and love the animals. I have recommended CCC to all my friends and co-workers and I have never heard a complaint from anyone. Also I have an older dog that needs special attention and the staff at CCC takes good care of her and makes sure she is comfortable. I also have my pets groomed at CCC and they are so pretty when I pick them up. This makes my life simple, which I need, becau

Great Place for Your Animals Home Away From Home!! by Gus' Mom - 07/16/2009I have been bringing my dog here for years. He comes to day care every week and also stays several times a year for longer visits. The staff is wonderful. They are caring and responsive. He loves going there and I wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else. The facility is well maintained and pleasant. I always feel very comfortable leaving him in their care. I highly recommend the Canine Country Club and Feline Inn.
My dogs had feces crusted paws and ticks! by azkunk - 02/22/2009We were greeted with a condescending comment about one of my dogs choker collar ... he has no hair on his neck and in the 11 years I have owned him I have tried many different types of collars and harnesses, A chain is the ONLY thing that doesn't make him irritated to the point of bleeding.
We called twice to ask about their welfare, one has separation anxiety and the other is antisocial. Both calls got the same answer "they're fine". No elaboration, even when asked. I felt like I was being completely blown off .
When we picked up the dogs they could only find two of three beds. Both beds were wet with a strong smell of urine and soiled with feces. The explanation was that it had rained. So, the beds were placed in the outside kennels so they could be soiled with rain water washing the urine and feces from other kennels? Was that where the dogs were expected to sleep ... in the rain? Also the dogs themselves had feces on their paws and 2 of them were covered in ticks

The dogs had a great time! When the beds get dirty (which they do) we wash them and p...Read More »
