In typical Haverkamp fashion you need to make sure that you get people's names when you talk to anyone about their services as you will get the run around and lied to. I contacted Haverkamp/Campus Fortress about moving out of my unit months ago. I additionally contacted them the day I moved out and was informed that I needed to send a written request a month earlier. I said I'd pay the next month and said they should take this call as my move out request. Silly me, I should have asked to speak to the person's manager to confirm that they could actually use my phone call as the move out request. Now I'm paying two extra months.Haverkamp is by far the worst property manager I have ever interacted with. I made a point of not using their services and they ended up buying the storage location I was using. I would recommend you stay away from their properties but sadly they are gradually buying up all of Ames. So glad I left that town.

It was a very nice facility. I enjoyed the Climate Controlled Storage. I had never used that before. It was just like storing in my house. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gate and cameras made me feel safe about my stuff not getting stolen. I would recommend it to my friends.
