I would rate at a one star, but there are a few VERY friendly young people that have taken great care of my dogs and this review of horrible service, should not overshadow how kind they have been to my FOUR dogs. I have been to several Camp Bow Wows in other states and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, welcomes the dogs and they seem to genuinely care about my babies. However, the manager of this location is rude, seems put out each time I have called, and quite frankly seems to really hate her job. I spend an incredible amount of money for daycare and boarding, however this place will no longer get my business or referrals!

Bailey Loves Camp Bow Wow

I take Bailey to the Dog Park just about every day and she is one of the most sociable, saying high to all the humans and trying to play with every dog there. People like to see us when we get there as they say their dog doesn’t play much any more but Bailey always gets them to play a little anyway. I feel like the few exposures to Camp Bow Wow has gotten her to be so sociable. I always recommend them to anyone that needs a place to leave their dog.

This place was AWFUL

We sent our dog to Camp Bow Wow today. They have video monitors where you can log online and watch your pet. I logged on this afternoon to look at our dog and noticed that all the large dogs were laying around doing nothing. Nine dogs were in a large fenced in area with one man. All of the dogs were laying still and not moving at all. I thought this was a little suspicious, so I had my mother go pick up our dog. When she got there, she asked for the dog and they brought him out without even asking what her name was or if she was authorized to pick him up. It was the same lady who saw me drop him off, so she knew it wasn't his owner picking him up. They put on the form that they wouldn't release the dog to anyone you didn't list. He was very agitated and couldn't wait to get out of there. He was pullling on his leash as hard as he could. As soon as he was out the door, he immediately stopped and started acting calm. He has been very lethargic and sad all evening. He has droopy ears and sad eyes and won't leave my side. He is not his usual, playful, happy self. He has been to Pete and Macs several times and we have Never seen him act like this. He comes home worn out but content and happy. I will NEVER NEVER take my dog back to Camp Bow Wow and I will tell all of my friends that it is awful.
