Terrible Customer Service by
The person who works at your Lemay location should be retrained in customer service, or perhaps relegated to staying in the back of the store. Both times I have gone in the store, she doesn't greet me, only looked annoyed. She mumbes a few questions and hands a reciept without another word. A few days ago, I went in for the second time to drop off two items, and was charged almost 4 times what I had been charged for previously. She hadn't even checked to see what I had handed her, she just assumed it was two ladies blazers, and didn't ask for instructions. I seriously wonder if that woman is inebriated. That will be the last time I use Camelot, and will encourage my associates to go elsewhere.

We do have a 99% satisfaction rate. We do stand behind our services 100%. We were not aware that there was an issue other wise we would have addressed it right away with the customer. I would have loved to have known about the issues so we could address it and make it right for you. Camelot Cleaners
We brought in linens - duvet cover, wool blanket and cotton bed spread. While there were questionable issues related to the other two, the blanket was ruined. Clearly they had shrunk it and then tried to stretch it in one direction. It may be a problem that they didn't make the right decisions regarding how to clean it, but the real problem was that they got us to pay for it and take it home without mentioning anything about it. Technical incompetence combined with deceitful business practices is simply unforgiveable.
