Complete Association Management Company, LLC (CAMCO), is a full service organization that operates solely in Clark County, Nevada. The owner, Ken Williams, has been with the company since its inception and is completely family-owned. This family atmosphere gives your community a sense that they belong. Previous to joining the CAMCO team, Mr. Williams was employed with the Howard Hughes Corporation, Summerlin Division and is a retired member of the United States Air Force with twenty years of honorable service.

CAMCO’s mantra is we return your call. We feel very strongly about this slogan and it is one of the philosophies that has made us one of the premier Community Association Management Companies in Southern Nevada. Our team members are all on board with this simple process due to the fact that it starts at the top.

CAMCO has 25 managers that are properly licensed with Nevada Real Estate Division Community Association Management Certificates, with eleven of those certified as Supervising Community Managers. Your Manager is the only person permitted to inspect your community regarding compliance issues as well as inspecting the common areas. With the Manager accomplishing your inspection, you are assured that the same person that started the violation process will be that same person sitting with you in any needed hearing meetings. Each of our Community Managers has an assistant that is dedicated only to their portfolio; we have found that with a knowledgeable assistant, the Managers can be on your property more often.

We offer private website training for our boards and also give group website training for the homeowners in the community. We are proud to be members of numerous organizations in the industry that assist us in keeping abreast of the fast changing environment we work in. CAMCO is an “Accredited Member” of the Better Business Bureau, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Homebuilders, Las Vegas Highrise and Condominium Association (LVHCA); Mr. Williams is also a founding member of the Nevada Association of Community Managers (NACM) and the Community Association Management Executive Officers (CAMEO) where Mr. Williams serves on the Board of Directors. Recently, CAMCO was selected as Large Management Company of the Year for 2009 by the Community Association Institute (CAI), and Mr. Williams, who serves as the Chairman of the Political Action Committee Golf Tournaments for the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association, was selected as the 2009 Associate Member of the Year.

Due to the on-going economic environment, we have implemented a start up program for our new clients to waive the first month’s management fee and no set up fees. This is a great savings measure and would eliminate most of the transitional cost.
