I need this deleted. This is not a company I’ve used and I’m not sure how to delete it. Aaaaaaa

This is the first review I have ever left for a company because I am so dissatisfied. The worst customer experience I have ever had by far. Arrived 30 minutes late after I called and charged nearly double their estimated fee.

Cain Electric has always provided thorough, professional service to our church. We have a long-standing positive relationship with Mr. Cain and his son. He is dependable and conscientious and looks for ways to save you money, while offering the very best in quality and customer service.

Called for a estimate for numerous outdoor lights on a commercial building. Promised to be out the next day the first time. No Show, no call. Called back, said they messed up and would be there the next day again, no call no show. Last time I called they said they would be here that day, yesterday. No call no show. I have no clue how good the work is because they will not even show up to give a price on the work. Don't waste your time. Call someone who wants your business.

The owner of this company told me to "f kiss his ass, and fix it myself". WOW, are you kidding me right now! How do people like this get business? He was sooooo rude and told me to go fu** myself. WOW, you guys have great costumer service. You are a horrible company and don't deserve to be in business!
