At Salsa, we are dedicated to sharing the passion that we have for Mexican food and culture with each of our guests. Therefore, it is our intention to bring the flavors of Mexico to each of you in a friendly, festive manner. My chef Rigo and I have experimented with the many vibrant flavor combinations Mexico offers to bring unique dishes to you. DELICIOUS ! by SUE O. - 04/12/2008My first visit was for lunch mid-week.First, I'd like to say it was decorated very festive, bright colors, nice pottery, pictures. The wait staff is very attentive.To the table with a pitcher of water, menus. I was surprised by the extensive menu. I had the chicken Tostadas. Very moist chicken, every topping very fresh as in lettuce, spices. Plenty of food moderatly priced I must say. My guest had Chili Relanos (sp) which they said was so very good, about the best he had. He then spoke with the waiter about it, and found out this Restaurant has been there 23 yrs, most of them directly across the street in another smaller bldg. This waiter stated the Chef had created many dishes and has been with them as well as himself for their entire 23 years. We had 2 meals comple with leftovers for 2 and 3 beers for $32. Great place to go I suggest the dinner hour when there is also live entertainment "Mariachis" call for days of the week.
