At CADbuilt we create design and construction plans (working drawings) for new houses, residential remodels, room additions and tenant improvements. Often, the first step is to create as-built plans showing existing construction. The process culminates with submittal of the plans to the local building department for purposes of obtaining a building permit. After that, the plans are given to the homeowner, general contractor or the individual responsible for the construction phase
