Set up an appointment. They was able to take my bike in sooner. Worked quickly to get you out the door. From this experience, this shop doesn’t try to milk the clock for labor. They want you in and out. That way you become there client. Drove 30 extra miles just to go to this shop. Was impressed with how they treated me over the phone. Kevin is a great manger and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. He actually was the tech that did my work. Can’t say enough great things about the service A+

I brought my 07 Yamaha royal star tour deluxe to this shop for a fairly extensive scheduled maintenance job . Knowing that Kevin the owner was formerly from a local Yamaha dealer I figured things would be fine . I was so wrong . First of all the job was a week late getting done from the date promised , no communication from them half the time you have to leave a message . Don’t bother leaving a message they don’t call back . So I get my bike back all is good right ! No it’s not , I park my bike in the garage next morning I have a small pool of oil on the floor . I call them back ... bring them the bike told it needs some internal part that goes bad they had noticed it was worn . So why not call me while you have it apart right ! So they took it back apart diagnosed it they say and put it back together ... guess what no leak , hmmmm mechanics error the 1st time ... but now they wanted 165.00 in labor charges to fix what they messed up the 1st time .... also the 2nd time my bike was there when I got home and cleaned it up I have a small crack and chipped paint on one of my bags ... no was f from a rock and I know every battle wound my bike has ... I call them of course didn’t happen in their shop no was told I must have dropped my bike on the way home.... wont let them touch anything of mine ever again ... FYI I refused to pay them 165.00 to fix an issue they created ... 2 years later it has never leaked again guess I didn’t need the new part just the old one put back in correctly .

I had the oil and filter on my motorcycle changed there. Later, I realized I had lost a quart and a half of oil, due to a loose drain plug. I went to inform Kevin of the problem, but he was not there. I told the gentleman who seemed to be in charge, and he said he would tell Kevin. That was a few months ago, and I have not been contacted. I will never visit CC Rider again.

Kevin Neff and his staff are professional, honest, and capable. It was refreshing going into a business where I felt valued and respected, and where I could trust that the work needed was completed without all the add-ons that so many repair shops try to convince the customer to do. The work was done quickly and with excellence. My bike hasn't run this well in years.

Worst motorcycle shop you can take your bike to. My first motorcycle I brought to them they kept on saying was fixed then it kept breaking down on me. I would bring to the shop and they would take forever to do anything and the whole process would repeat. Eventually I gave up on this bike and bought a new one. After having them inspect the bike I purchased only to have the engine die less than a year later. I brought to the shop and they said they would look for a new engine. I called on numerous occasions and the owner was having trouble finding an engine. I left it there hoping they would find an engine. After about 5 months I got a letter in the mail srating they put a lean on my motorcycle. Now I am losing my bike. If you want your bike to work and want to keep it DO NOT BRING TO THIS SHOP!

Jeremy D Not sure first of all what the scoop is, You didn't explain nothing just complained. Hell I don't even know what kind of bike you have. Less than 40 miles to the gallon might have saved the engine life in your machine for all I know. Run one too lean for too long and see what you have (scrap metal). I am not affiliated with CC riders, Seen your first complaint in Craigslist with the same as below no real explaination figured I would follow it through here I am here Still you haven't given me any information that I would condemn this business for.

good people

This is the only shop I take my R1. Best tire prices and good workmanship along with labor prices.

Cody earned a 5 rating. I have had carb problems for the 4 years that I owned my bike and I have had 3 other shops try to "rebuild" the carb and have had to push my bike home for miles. Cody called me while working on the bike and he asked if I had purposely changed the jets form OEM. He changed the jets and replaced a wood screw to solve the source of the breakdowns. I am really happy to ride with confidence that I won't breakdown anymore and my bike runs like it should.

I was sold a lemon for my first bike because it was only getting me 40 miles for a full tank. The mechanics ignored the fact that I could not travel 35 miles and focused on the "sloppy" wiring job done on my bike instead. They told me it could help (somehow?) and had no clue what actually was wrong with the bike. 500 dollars later, they trim up the wiring but did not fix fuel problem. They completely ignored the fuel consumption issue AND kept my bike a week longer than previously quoted. Thankfully I found an honest mechanic and with a $90 part/1 hour of labor, the problem was solved. Never again.

I have made several purchases from C C RIDERS they are very educated doing quality work at extremely affordable prices Fun Bike Center wanted 60 bucks for a rear bearing C C Riders supplied the bearing and installed it same day 25 bucks I will be taking my bike up dropping off to have them checkout the carbs I would recommend them to everyone unless you have no use for money. Kevin and Cory are from Lakeland and really good people.

Dealt with these guys on two occasions, the first was when I bought two tires for my Harley..Michelin Commanders bought new and installed for less than any other shop in town. Second, bought a battery for my scoot..they were very competitive with the price and fit me in their schedule. These guys are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about motorcycles. There accessories department is a little bit limited but if I want accessories, I can go to the Harley store. Would recommend them. --Mark
