Disappointing service for the public

Our son paid 20 dollars to park at Waste Pro for a sporting event but he did not return back to the car before the gate was locked. The non-emergency police came to the lot to help us identify our car and help get our car out the lot. Earlier I had called 24hr waste pro emergency phone number but no return phone call. The police had another number to call waste pro. We waited the rest of Saturday night and Sunday with no return call over the weekend. I drove monday morning 1 1/2 hours at 5am back to orlando to find my car was towed Sunday the day before. I called the tow company that was used but at first I was told they did not have my car. My car was towed 30miles away to Sanford. I was charged extra charges, told to pay with cash and was not given a receipt. Disappoiting service for the public!!

Called on Friday to get car ..... I nor my insurance co was never notified of car towed per Fl law. Was quoted by Paula $325.00 as total and that they could be reached on weekend to get car. All Saturday they did not call back for me to pick up car. Sunday am run around for Eric to contact owner to get car. Owner Scott said I would not have to pay Sundays charge due to not answering phone all Saturday. That was bunk on Sunday the charge increased to $443.00........ and of course Sunday was included. Quote from the owner Scott...."if you want your car you have to pay it"!!!!and then they would only take cash..... oh plz whats that about?

Locked myself out of my newly purchased vehicle (it only came with one key) and not only did they respond quickly, (under forty minutes), the driver got me back in in under five. He was courteous, and proficient! I would recommend them.

I was lost within miles trying to locate C & S and an employee named Scott (if thats his real name) stated he couldn't give me directions because I should know where I'm going before I travel. My mothers vehicle was towed,on its 3rd day accumulating fees and this jack*** was very rude & wanted a 4th day totaling $400. I then had a relative call for directions same response along with "WE'RE CLOSES ANYWAY!!!!"
