excellent service

We have used car and j now for several years. They serve all the pool on all our properties. We have never had any problems. We love the fact it is family owned and that our techs are always the same. They know each pool and what it needs. Phenomenal customer service and highly recommended.

Outrageous bad service

This guys do not do the service as agreed on the contract. And also, the maintanance (whatever little they did) was very poorly done. And if you have questions or concerns, forget about them responding to your calls, texts or voice mails. Very very unprofessional, I would definitely not recomend.
