They installed a new unit improperly and refused to warranty their work. The owner does not always return calls and does not accept responsibility for service mistakes. They do not tell service costs upfront and then send you a high bill later with no explanation on invoice. I switched to a much better and honest company who is helping "clean up" the current issues . I wish I had never dealt with C&G and do not recommend them.
