Terrific lawyer By DK? This guy is a horrible attorney. He told me "all those other guys will charge you $5500 for your DUI". Then told me that I would not win a trial. Told me that I should accept a plea and that the state would not dismiss my charges. He also pushed court back and then notified me 2 days before court I had to be in court. Then he DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR COURT. He also charged me for the call where I inquired as to his whereabouts. He did not inform me that I should inform a state board about my charges and so I was censured. When I got a 2nd opinion it was obvious this guy was a joke. So I paid this guy $1300 to do absolutely nothing. He set up an executive hearing for the DMV, but didn't attend because I FIRED HIM after he DID NOT SHOW UP FOR COURT. He also told me that my charges would not be dismissed and there was no way I should even pursue my case. I found another lawyer and my license was reinstated and the charges against me were dropped. What's funny is that he's now advertising that he handles DUI cases when he doesn't even show up to court, or advises his clients to get by. Big deal, the guy took some of his time to mentor a young kid free of charge. He should spend that time representing his clients.

this place sucks. they gave me the runaround because initially they were handeling my case and all was fine, but about three weeks later i recieved a letter in the mail stating that they will not pursue my case. they couldnt even speak to me in person about this. stay away from this place all the care about is there own pockets and not the real issues at hand my email is [email protected] if youd like to know more details
